This commitment includes efforts to ensure that our suppliers comply fully with all laws prohibiting human trafficking and slavery. Towards that end, we question suppliers regarding compliance with such laws. These inquiries are conducted by Finisar and not by a third party. As well, we conduct scheduled audits to evaluate our suppliers' compliance with our standards. We also question our suppliers as to whether they require their direct suppliers to certify they comply with all laws prohibiting human trafficking and slavery. We maintain internal accountability standards and procedures for employees or contractors that fail to meet our company's standards. For those employees who have direct responsibility for auditing our suppliers, we provide guidance with respect to mitigating the risks of human trafficking and slavery within our supply chain.
